720 Strength does fitness a bit differently. We don’t believe in getting stuck in just one method of training. We aren’t a kettlebell, powerlifting or calisthenics gym.

We started this because we found ourselves frustrated at how close minded most parts of the fitness world can be. The kettlebell people love kettlebells and nothing else.
Unconventional warriors think barbells are useless and powerlifters don’t believe in being able to run a mile. We want to maximise human potential however we can.
From day one, he has not only transformed my body but also my mindset and confidence in ways I never imagined possible. I've seen plenty of "gurus" come and go along with the latest training fads, gimmicks, and training styles. I was looking to work with someone who would cut out the BS and dogma, someone who had experience with a variety of training modalities and equipment, and someone who would take care of all the thinking and analysis so I could just put in the work. n top of that, Emilio is just an all around great guy — easy going, responsive to questions and feedback, and genuinely cares about his craft as well as his clients. I would not hesitate to recommend working with him no matter what your goals or training history look like.
We have notes for each class in mindbody denoting whether it’s a good idea to take a class as a beginner. Our flagship class, Strength & Conditioning is always marked as beginner friendly, however. We also will have monthly foundations classes focused on getting beginners up to speed.
Yes, we have a top of the line private training facility underneath our main training area. You are welcome there and we will be hosting smaller classes there alongside personal & small group training.
We do not have showers at the moment but we are looking into seeing if it’s possible to get them in our facility. We do, however, have a bathroom available for use.
We utilise Mindbody to book all of our classes & process memberships. You can book classes as far as a week ahead of time & as late as 2 hours from class. You can cancel 1 hour ahead of time. If you cancel within that 1 hour window, you’ll be assessed a $20 penalty. Our coaches prepare for the class based on how many are showing up and we base our warmups and make changes based on WHO is coming so we want to encourage a strong attendance culture.
We will have long term storage cubbies available for use with members for a small fee. We will also have temporary storage cubbies for those who are just dropping in or don’t want to store with us.
